The Annual Detroit River Boat Cruise, put on in partnership by NEXTGen Detroit, Hillel of Metro Detroit, Chabad of Greater Downtown Detroit, Detroit City Moishe House, Repair the World and the Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue, took place Aug. 24.

More than 150 young Jewish adults, including visiting Israelis who have joined Detroit Community Birthright trips over the years, boarded the Diamond Queen for a two-hour cruise featuring beautiful riverfront views of Detroit and Windsor. The event brought together Jewish organizations in the city of Detroit and the young adults they serve for an evening of food, drinks and music. It’s always a summer favorite.
