We would like to apologize for any trouble you’ve had recently with receiving your Jewish News.

Our department has been working diligently with the Metro Detroit District Manager of Business Mail to identify where the problem is occurring. Last Wednesday, March 11, we had management of the post office supervise the distribution process of the Jewish News. There was a small change made in the process, and we were assured the March 12 issue would be delivered on time to our Oak Park Subscribers.

We are aware that this issue of the paper still had problems reaching mailboxes, and we are still working to find out why this is happening. Please accept our sincerest apologies and continue to report missed editions to our Circulation Specialist at subscriptions@renmedia.us or 248-234-9057. The more information we have, the easier it is for the post office to see where the problem lies.

We are frustrated with the difficulties we are facing with the post office, and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. Customer service to our loyal subscribers is our highest priority. If there is anything we can do, or if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to reach out.
