Mind Aerobics

Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County is proud to offer Mind Aerobics—an award winning workout class for the brain!
We are looking for participants (discounts offered for groups) for a 12-week series of LIVE virtual sessions that use games and activities to help optimize brain health, maintain sharp mental function with age, and ward off cognitive decline later in life.
The sessions will go from August 3rd to November 3rd at 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
The cost is $10 a session/ $240 for the whole course. Scholarships are available.
