REDUCE STRESS

March 27 6:00 PM

6 pm, March 27. A free class is scheduled to introduce Shalem — a Mindfulness Stress Reduction program, which will run 6-8:30 pm, Tuesdays, April 3-May 22. Dr. Ruth Lerner and Rabbi Aaron Bergman co-lead the non-denominational program. It is focused on meditation and mindful practices of yoga, eating and communication to reduce personal stress.
