REDUCE STRESS SERIES

6-8:30 pm, Oct. 25-Dec. 13. Includes all-day retreat on Sunday, Dec. 3. Dr. Ruth Lerman and Rabbi Aaron Bergman will team up again for “Shalem: a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction” program. Participants will learn meditation and mindful practices of yoga, eating and communication to reduce stress.
