SHALEM FOR REDUCING STRESS

6-8:30 pm, April 3-May 22. Dr. Ruth Lerman and Rabbi Aaron Bergman co-lead Shalem – a Mindfulness Stress Reduction program. The weekly, non-denominational sessions are for reducing personal stress.
