Step 1 – LOG IN.
Online Renewal Instructions
This step is very important! If you do not log in, you will create a second subscription for yourself. Go to https://thejewishnews.com/my-account/ or click “log in” from the top of the homepage.
If your email address provided on your renewal slip is incorrect, please email us at
Subscriptions@thejewishnews.com. This is the email that will be used for your log- in credentials, if we have no email address for you on file, your email may look something like email@example.com. This is just a filler we needed to use to establish your account in our system; please provide us with your correct information before you wish to renew online.
If your email is correct, but you forgot your password, click “Lost Your Password?” and type in your email address to recover your account. If you don’t receive a reset link, check your junk folder.
Step 2 – Go to “My Account”
Click the Subscriptions dropdown menu and click My Account.
Click on Subscriptions from the list of options. You should see your active subscription listed. Click View. If you have previously agreed to auto renew or have a payment method on file, it will give you the option to Renew Now using the card you already have on file. From this page, you can also change your auto renew preferences, change payment method, cancel, or suspend your subscription.
Please review your address for billing and shipping. Billing should match the information on your credit card; shipping is the delivery address of the paper.
**If the option does not come up for you to “renew now,” click the Subscriptions dropdown menu and click Subscribe Today then follow the prompts to complete your purchase. If you renew this way, your expiration date may not be reflected accurately until we process your order. Be sure you receive an order number and an email receipt. If you do not see this, your order did not go through. You can try again, or email Subscriptions@thejewishnews.com for assistance. Always check your total before processing a payment.
